Rabbi Eidensohn spoke in Passaic on Dec 10, 2006 and outlined the problems of pre-nuptials. In essence, anytime a husband obligates himself to pay money to his wife in lieu of a GET, and gives the GET out of pressures of that money, many gedolim of the acharonim consider the GET invalid. Rabbi Eidensohn also expounded on the issue of ONES MOMONE, that is, a GET given under fiscal pressure is invalid. Both of these issues do have lenient opinions, but since a stringent majority or even half authorities ruling in a stringent manner is enough to make a child a doubtful mamzer we don't advise being lenient.
